                               RESOLUTION NO. 19498
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE EXECUTION BY THE 
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND 
                   RECREATION OF A CONTRACT WITH PLANNING 
                   ASSOCIATES, INC., RELATIVE TO ARCHITECTURAL 
                   SERVICES FOR THE NEW PAVILION AT RIVERVIEW

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby ratified the 
       execution by the Administrator of the Department of Parks and 
       Recreation of a Contract with Planning Associates, Inc., relative 
       to architectural services for the New Pavilion at Riverview Park.
